How to measure
Body length: Lay garment flat (face down). Measure from center back neckline seam straight down to bottom of the front hem.
What kind of sweatshirts do you print on? How do they fit?
Basic unisex pullover hooded sweatshirt is made with soft, mid weight fleece and generous fit for comfort. Features a jersey lined hood, heavy gauge draw cord with metal eyelets and 1x1 ribbing at cuffs and waistband
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
What percentage of your sales go to charity?
We donate 10% of our proceeds to the National MS Society to help further research and find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis
Do you provide a discount for bulk orders?
Yes. Please send an email to sales@madestrong.org detailing your request.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Feel free to send us a message if you have any questions about your order - support@madestrong.org.
In terms of the customization option, can I request a logo or picture?
The customization option is mainly for wording on the back of the shirt like team names. If you have any special requests email us - support@madestrong.org and we will try to meet your needs.
Where do I enter the customized text?
When you checkout there will be a text box labeled "Add a note to your order" (SEE SCREEN SHOT BELOW). Whatever text you would like on the back of the shirt, enter it into that text box. We print in a capitalized font and up to 12 characters. If you forget to enter your custom text, feel free to email us at support@madestrong.org.
What if I purchased the customization option and leave the "Add note to your order" section blank?
We will attempt to contact you but if no reply within 24 hours will print the default. The default customization for any shirt is "TEAM (LASTNAME)".
What is your return policy?
Send your item back within 14 days unwashed and unworn and we will exchange or refund you (MINUS THE DONATION and shipping). If you order customized gear, please make sure to use the size chart as we can't exchange or refund customized gear.
